Hassan Abbasi says "America means enemy, and enemy means Satan"
so exactly who is this Abbasi character?
Hassan Abbasi was former IRGC (Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps) commander, and currently he is the chief of Iran’s National Security & Strategic research center.
Hassan Abbasi is also the director of Iran’s "National Security Doctrine Centre", a research center affiliated to the Passdaran Revolutionary Guards Corps.
His friends call him "The Kissinger of Islam", after Henry Kissinger who served as US secretary of state in the 1970s.
These days he has gained a popularity that has him in demand by almost everyone in the country, be it religious groups, political groups, student Basij (Iran militia) and the Student Islamic Associations.
"To Iran's new ruling elite, Abbasi is the big strategic brain," says a European diplomat in Tehran. "More and more officials quote him in meetings with foreign diplomats".
Mr. Abbasi is "professor of strategy" at the Islamic Republic's Revolutionary Guard Corps University and, according to Tehran sources, he is also Ahmadinejad’s chief strategic counselor in foreign policy.
Now that we know who he is....
what does he have to say??
Well Hassan Abbasi has a dream---a helicopter doing an arabesque in cloudy skies to avoid being shot at from the ground. On board are the last of the "fleeing Americans", forced out of the Dar al-Islam (The Abode of Islam) by "the Army of Muhammad".
And for the past several weeks Mr. Abbasi has been addressing crowds of Guard and Baseej Mustadafin (Mobilization of the Dispossessed) officers in Tehran with a simple theme:
The U.S. does not have the stomach for a long conflict and will soon revert to its traditional policy of "running away," leaving Afghanistan and Iraq, indeed the whole of the Middle East, to be reshaped by Iran and its regional allies.
But he does not just want the US out of the middle east..oh no he has much bigger dreams then that!...."We have a strategy drawn up for the destruction of Anglo-Saxon civilization..... we must make use of everything we have at hand to strike at this front by means of our suicide operations or by means of our missiles".
Oh he does sound like a nice guy now doesn't he!!
An Arab newspaper published in London and Beirut reported that an Iranian intelligence unit has established a center called "The Brigades of the Shahids of the Global Islamic Awakening," controlled by a Revolutionary Guards intelligence officer, yes that's right... Hassan Abbasi.
The newspaper has a tape recording of Abbasi when he spoke of Iran's secret plans, which include
"a strategy drawn up for the destruction of Anglo-Saxon civilization"............
