NEW JERSEY TO KICK ILLEGALS OUT OF THEIR JAIL!!!

Sheriff Jerry Speziale of Passaic county, where one of the nation's largest illegal alien detention centers (INS detention centers) is, says he is absolutely fed up with housing these illegal aliens, and has decided not to do it anymore.
He says the millions of dollars the county receives from the US govt. every year simply isn't worth it, and he is now kicking these illegal aliens out of his jail!
The sheriff adds that his facility and his officers are under a constant barrage by protestors and advocacy groups. He explains that he has to provide officers (and overtime pay) due to the ongoing protests outside the facility.
He also explains that his officers have suffered MANY attacks by these illegal alien detainees but under their contract with the INS they are unable to discuss it!
He goes on to say that these INS detainees are perceived by advocacy groups to be innocent people who simply came to the US to obtain the "American dream", but says that in reality, most of the detainees are people who came across the border illegally and then committed crimes here, and that many of those were violent crimes such as rape and murder!
ICE officials say they respect the sheriffs decision and have plenty of other places to house these INS detainees.
The truth however is........we have way to many illegal aliens and not nearly enough places to put them, therefore MANY simply go free!!!!!
Also at the present time, state and local law enforcement agencies are not allowed to detain someone simply for being an illegal alien.
However this is something which hopefully will change soon as the "clear act" goes forward.
The "CLEAR ACT" if passed, would give states significant control over border issues and much more authority regarding said issues!!!
Those politicians who support this act want it in the House immigration bill!!
Let us all hope this passes!!!!
